John Mulaney Carnegie Hall - Isaac Stern Auditorium Concert reviews
an "almost" intimate night of music
Jesse Billauer organized a fantastic event in support of his foundation LifeRollsOn.org. The Makepeace Brothers, Timmy Curran, and Bushwalla delivered remarkable performances. John Mulaney's show had the audience dancing throughout. "Almost intimate" title refers to some individuals who couldn't simply appreciate the beautiful vocals and guitar. They disrupted others' view by constantly fiddling with cameras, standing up drunkenly to dance. I don't mind dancing at a concert, but it would be better to dance in the aisles and leave the seated area for those who prefer to sit. The encore featured a captivating performance by a young lady who sang an original song for Jesse of Life Rolls On. I can't recall her name, but her voice was unforgettable. I highly recommend a concert with that lineup, and I would gladly attend again if there was a dance floor for those eager to dance. If anyone knows the name of the female artist, please share it!
